What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for an exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than RS Pure cannot be returned.

To ensure that your exchange is processed according to your instructions, please e-mail Customer Service or call us at 800-493-2808 for a Return Reference number (RETURN REF#) and provide exchange information. This number will ensure that your exchange is processed correctly and in a timely manner. Please click here to print an exchange form.

Can I return a product that I received as a gift?

Yes, refunds are credited to the purchaser.
Alternatively, a gift recipient may elect to return their gift for a merchandise credit.
